Actually, our LAX writing desk is a question, dressed in the garment of a radical, beautifully reduced object: when was the last time that you sat down to write a letter?
Tabletop made from glued and laminated solid wood, top thickness: 3 cm, brass inlay, matt brushed. Available in different wood types (oak and walnut). Surfaces oiled and waxed or matt lacquered. Steel frame brushed, tobacco-brown or anthracite lacquered.
The designs for our LAX Collection were created by Gil Coste, inspired by the construction of the Barcelona Pavilion in 1929. They feature references to familiar shapes, combined with new surfaces and a mix of materials that embraces Danish and Italian styles.
