AGAIN,designed by Alex Gufler, is TON’s new collection.‎ It is a game of wood bending – representing a swift exchange between the designer’s long-standing experience with furniture design and TON’s perfected wood working techniques.‎
“The collection’s generous curved form, seen usually in metal furniture, presents a technical challenge when made in wood.‎ Responding to such challenge requires significant mastery of craft to ensure that the product meets strength and durability requirements” says Gufler.‎ In the Grand Slam design, the designer has paired TON’s trademark bent wooden rods with a visually light seat made from gently curved plywood, all with no visible joins.‎
