Type Dining Chair

The design by the Danish designer Jonas Trampedach is named Type Chair and the aesthetics derive from the perception of an archetypal chair. Type Chair's characteristically shaped back gives it a uniform sculptural expression, which reinforces the chair's sense of recognizability while maintaining its unique character. Made of aluminum with a silicone coating, the chair fuses craftsmanship with industrial processes to create a smooth, closed surface. Lightweight and stackable, Type Chair's functionality, simplicity and homogeneous quality make it easy to integrate into a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.
