BD Barcelona Design is a Spanish furniture brand with an art design style. BD Barcelona produces unique limited-edition handcrafted objects inspired by creativity and the desire to move away from classic schemes. Founded in 1972 by architects and interior designers Pep Bonet, Cristian Cirici, Lluis Clotet, Mireia Riera and Oscar Tusquets, the company was first named BD Ediciones de Diseño. From the outset, it established itself as a unique brand driven by the desire to propose a new vision of furniture design associated with art.
